These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of galaxylistingsystems.com and any Galaxy Lead product website (together, the "Site"), operated by Galaxy Listing Systems LLC ("Galaxy Listing Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Galaxy Listing Systems provides done-for-you AI-powered marketing automation services to two groups of clients: (a) Florida real estate agents and brokerages ("Launch," "Ascent," "Nova," and "Galaxy" plans), and (b) local contractor businesses under the Galaxy Lead brand. A separate signed service agreement governs the specific scope, pricing, term, and cancellation terms for any paid engagement; these Terms govern use of the Site itself and apply in addition to that agreement.
2. Galaxy Lead exclusivity terms
Galaxy Lead's done-for-you plan includes exclusivity: we work with only one contractor per trade within a defined service area, consisting of a specific, listed set of ZIP codes (typically 3–5 adjacent ZIP codes sized to the client's actual service radius). The exact ZIP codes covered by a client's exclusivity are defined in that client's signed order form or service agreement — we only commit to what is explicitly listed there. Exclusivity applies to the Galaxy Lead done-for-you plan only; it does not apply to any future self-serve or platform-access product, which is offered on a non-exclusive basis.
3. Real estate license disclosure
Galaxy Listing Systems is a marketing technology provider, not a licensed real estate brokerage. Any real estate brokerage services referenced or linked from this Site are performed by independently licensed Florida real estate professionals in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 475. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy real property.
4. Fair housing
Galaxy Listing Systems and its clients are committed to compliance with the federal Fair Housing Act and Florida fair housing law. We do not discriminate, and our clients agree not to discriminate, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability in any advertising, marketing, or business practice conducted using our services.
5. AI-generated and AI-assisted communications
Some communications sent through our platform, or through our clients' use of our platform (including automated voice response, text messaging, and content generation), are generated or facilitated by artificial intelligence. We disclose the use of AI where required by applicable law and provide a mechanism to reach a live person on request.
6. SMS / text messaging program
Galaxy Listing Systems LLC operates an SMS/text messaging program to send informational, transactional, and promotional messages — including inquiry follow-up, appointment confirmations, and missed-call responses — to consumers who have opted in through the web form at galaxylistingsystems.com/contact or by calling our business line, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Message and data rates may apply — check with your carrier for details. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive text messages from us. 7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to transmit unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to violate any applicable federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising and AI-disclosure guidance.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Galaxy Listing Systems LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galaxy Listing Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
