- Client and lead data: if you are a Galaxy Listing Systems or Galaxy Lead client, we process contact and inquiry information on your behalf from your website visitors and leads, as necessary to deliver the services you've purchased.

3. SMS / text messaging consent

4. AI-assisted communication disclosure
Some of the calls, texts, or chat interactions associated with our services (including Galaxy Lead's AI receptionist and real estate speed-to-lead automation) are handled in whole or in part by artificial intelligence. Where required by law, we disclose when you are interacting with an AI system rather than a human, and we provide a path to reach a live person on request.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our platform (such as our customer relationship management, phone, and hosting providers), and only as necessary to provide our services, or as required by law.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) between your browser and our servers and restricted access to the systems that store your information. 8. Real estate license disclosure
Galaxy Listing Systems provides marketing technology services. Real estate services referenced on client sites are performed by licensed Florida real estate professionals in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 475. Galaxy Listing Systems itself is not a licensed real estate brokerage.
